1. Join through your college/university
Contact us to see if we partner with your academic institution. You can also introduce us to your college / university's Provost or VP of Student Affairs to explore a potental partnership.
2. Register online
If your academic institution partners with us, we will contact you so you can complete our online registration process and we can have some basic information on file for you.
3. Tell us more about yourself
Complete our questionnaire so we can match you with the best coach for you.
4. Meet your coach

Your coach will contact you and will support you in your college / university journey and beyond (until you find a job!)
You will meet weekly with your coach via smartphone or desktop for 1 on 1 video calls. You will have a coach by your side as you start "blooming" in all areas of life - personally and professionally!

Meet Our Team
Cesar Ramirez
As a Global Human Resource Leader, Recruiter, and Certified Coach (via Columbia Business School) I am passionate about partnering with people and organizations to achieve results. I've been fortunate to work with companies include GE Healthcare, Bloomberg, SS White Dental, NTENT, and Flatiron School among others.
For as long I can remember, I've enjoyed helping people. In High School I was known as "the counselor" and in my undergraduate years at Brandeis University I was a Resident Advisor for 3 years.
I obtained my Master's in HR Management & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Monica Bencze
Following early work in behavioral health counseling—which provided me with invaluable exposure to client relationship management and action plan development—I transitioned to the education sector.
Most recently, I have applied the full range of my capabilities to launch and manage a career coaching firm. Leading end-to-end client engagements resulting in superior customer satisfaction, I provide the support, encouragement, and industry knowledge needed to ensure that my clients find a path to goal achievement through academic development, training, and professional advancement.
